A BIT ABOUT ME

I’m a born-and-raised South Dakotan, a mom of two, and a real estate professional with years of hands-on experience managing transactions from start to finish. Through my work as both a REALTOR® and transaction coordinator, I’ve worked closely with agents at every stage of the process and seen firsthand how quickly responsibilities can pile up once a property goes under contract.

When business is moving fast, even the most organized agents can feel stretched, and it’s easy for important deadlines, documents, or follow-ups to get missed. I’ve been on the inside of that process and understand how critical it is to have someone focused solely on keeping the transaction organized, compliant, and moving forward.

That experience is exactly why I started Dakota Transaction Coordination. My goal is to provide agents with reliable, detail-driven support behind the scenes so they can spend less time managing paperwork and timelines and more time focusing on their clients and growing their business.

I work remotely, but I’m always just a call, text, or email away. Organized, proactive, and dependable, I’m here to help ensure every transaction runs smoothly from contract to close.

Work Experience

August 2023 - Present

Realtor and Transaction Coordinator

I’ve been both a licensed Realtor and a Transaction Coordinator. Wearing both hats has given me firsthand insight into what agents need when things get busy. I understand how hectic your days can get and how important it is to have someone organized and dependable behind the scenes. Keeping deals on track and making agents’ lives easier is genuinely how I like to add value.

October 2015 - August 2023

Customer Service and Payment Services Associate at Black Hills Energy

In this role, I handled escalated customer service calls and later worked in payment services. I learned how to problem-solve in tough situations, stay calm when emotions ran high, and resolve complex issues with care. In payment services, I worked with financial data, made sure everything balanced, and double-checked every detail. Now I bring that same patience and precision to every transaction, from earnest money tracking to final closing docs.

February 2014 - October 2015

Title Clerk and Warranty Administrator at Camping World

I started by processing title work and later moved into warranty administration, where I worked with manufacturers, technicians, and customers to manage repairs and warranty claims. I learned how to follow up, follow through, and keep everything moving, even when parts were delayed or things got complicated. That same persistence and coordination now help me keep real estate transactions smooth, timely, and stress-free.
