How do I get started?
Just fill out the free consultation form at the bottom of any page on my site. I’ll be in touch within 24 business hours to chat about what you need and how I can help.
How do we stay in touch during the transaction?
We’ll cover your preferences during our consultation chat, but I’ll generally keep updates flowing through: Your preferred email or text, Monday.com (if using), Check-ins as needed.You’ll always know where things stand without having to ask.
What are your working hours?
My work hours are 830-5 MT Monday through Friday. I will let you know if I am taking time off with at least 2 weeks notice.
If you're licensed in SD, is that a conflict?
Nope! I have a non-compete disclosure in my contract, your clients are always safe with me. Want to read the contract first? I'll happily send it your way.
What if I just need help with a few tasks?
Happy to help! If I’ve got time, I can jump in on extra tasks as needed. My contract outlines hourly rates for one-off projects, and you can review it before signing up.
How do you get paid?
I will invoice you directly for easy online payment via my website. There are multiple payment options.
Do I still need to manage my transaction?
I'll handle the heavy lifting of documents, deadlines, coordination, and communication, but you'll still be responsible for negotiations, communication when needed, and letting me know about any changes. You're still the lead agent.
Can I cancel your services?
Yes, anytime. No hard feelings. I would just charge an hourly rate for any projects or contracts already started.
